Webis it possible to have Cloudinary deliver an image as a base64 encoded string? Say: apply arbitrary transformations, specify output format as you would do with any other rendition, but have the resulting binary image returned as a base64 string? I am aware this wouldn't make sense when being used in a pure browser context.
